I lived at Pine Run for two years. Yes, the units are on the older side, so you will probably have to get maintenance done at some point depending on how long you stay. However during my stay there, I will say that maintenance requests are handled very quickly, and Heather and Kelly are both great property managers. Of all the apartments I have been in, they were the best to deal with. Both were good at communicating and taking care of any issues I had.

I have lived here for 3 years and it is a very great community to live in. It is child friendly and safe. It is quiet and management is awesome! Heather the main manager is very honest, open, and friendly which makes communication super easy. I fully recommend everyone to take a look at these. I have 0 horror stories about living here.

The ladies at the office are super welcoming and nice! They worked hard getting me in fast and dealing with past landlords. At 1st I wasn’t too sure about everything. Only 2 days after I got my keys I had issues with the washer not working and with plumbing in the bathroom. But the maintenance team was very quick and fixed both issues within 48 hours. I hope that I continue to be happy here at my new home!
