Pet Policy
Looking for pet-friendly apartments in Huber Heights, OH? Look no further than Pine Run Townhomes! As one of the few pet-friendly communities in the area, we proudly allow cats and dogs here at Pine Run Townhomes. We are also near the Montgomery County Bark Park. Now your pet has the opportunity to relax by your side and enjoy the comforts of your apartment home.
Our Pet Policy:
- Dogs are welcome
- Cats are welcome
- Our community welcomes pets upon approval
- There is a limit of 2 pets per townhome
Pet Fees:
- A two hundred ninety-nine ($299) for 1 pet & four hundred ninety-nine ($499) for 2 pet non-refundable fee.
- The monthly pet rent is thirty ($30) per pet.
